The 880v6 is the ideal shoe for the high mileage runner who demands a resilient, dependable ride with reliability and responsiveness. The 880v6 continues to give its fans the same comfortable fit and feel but with a more durable, uber-cushioned ride with just the right amount of protection. A two part cushioning system of Abzorb and Acteva in the midsole allow for a dialed in relationship of these two foams to help with shock absorption and responsiveness. Blown rubber is ample in the forefoot and compliments the responsive cushioning of this go-to shoe.
The 880V6 upper uses an engineered mesh specifically designed after data collection of foot movement of runners.  Additionally, these learnings guided New Balance in key placement of no-sew overlays in areas to better focus midfoot capture and wrap.A neoprene stretch tongue and molded sock liner are additions to the 880 series that help make it stand out in the neutral category.
