Femke didn't start competing in the 400m hurdles until 2019 but has quickly become one of the best in the world. Femke loves pushing herself beyond her limits because it shows that she is progressing. She is the current European 400m Indoor champion and holds the Dutch record indoors and outdoors. She is poised to challenge the best in the world over 400m hurdles this year.
