Boston, MA – June 4, 2025 – Today, New Balance revealed the latest FC Porto Away Kit for the 2025/26 season, a striking design that continues the celebration of the brand’s ten-year sponsorship with the Portuguese giants.
Inspired by the city of camellias and the club’s devoted supporters, the jersey introduces a vibrant ‘sunfade’ pink colourway and a new all-over geometric print. This camellia graphic adds movement and depth to the design, which emulates the energy and emotion of football’s most unforgettable moments.
The full away kit is completed with matching ‘sunfade’ pink shorts and socks, creating a unified and confident look that reflects both individuality and team identity. This modern, expressive design is a tribute to the electric matchday atmosphere and the unwavering support that follows the team wherever they go.
New Balance has once again integrated cutting-edge performance technology across all 25/26 kits. Developed using NB Dry technology, the shirt features advanced moisture-wicking fabrics designed to help keep players cool and dry, both on and off the pitch. Precision detailing, including dimensional heat transfers and breathable side panels, ensures the highest standard in fit and comfort.
"With the 2025/26 Away Kit, we wanted to capture the energy of FC Porto’s supporters in a way that feels fresh and fearless. This design pushes boundaries — not just through colour, but through a graphic identity that mirrors the emotion, movement, and intensity of the game,” says Kenny McCallum, General Manager of New Balance Football. “Our long-standing relationship with FC Porto continues to be driven by innovation and respect for tradition, and this kit is a celebration of both."
The campaign imagery that celebrates the decades long relationship is inspired by Porto’s proud culture and the unwavering connection between club, city, and fans. Highlighting that connection between sport and style, internationally renowned Portuguese model and actress Sara Sampaio is featured throughout the campaign — underscoring the intersection between global football and fashion.
Hélder Gomes, from FC Porto's branding department, explains: “The connection to the city is in FC Porto’s DNA, and it’s something we’ve worked on season after season, reaffirming the club as both a driving force and a symbol of the region. The idea behind this kit is precisely to honor that connection, drawing inspiration from a symbol of the city of Porto — the camellias — to create a modern and bold jersey, in a shade unlike any we’ve presented in our ten-year partnership with New Balance.”
In addition, New Balance and FC Porto will host a pop-up event in New York City (45 Grand Street) on Saturday, June 14th through Sunday, June 15th, allowing fans to connect with and celebrate the relationship, club and the beautiful game. Additional details to come, for more information follow @newbalancefootball.
The New Balance FC Porto away kit will be available to purchase on 4th June at 10:00am BST from http://www.newbalance.com/ and at selected FC Porto stores and retailers.
