The collaborative debut from New Balance and Parks Project brings the ‘Explore & connect’ Fresh Foam X Hierro v7. This urban green space inspired Parks Project take on New Balance’s signature off-road design, outfitted in lush green tones, and pairs a lightweight, breathable upper with hairy suede overlays at the toe and heel. The shoe’s signature ‘N’ logo features an aerial city grid layout, as an additional nod to the multi-environment inspiration. The versatile design is rounded out with a speckled outsole made of 30% recycled rubber, 70% virgin rubber.

The shoe has a stitched-down suede toe cap and heel for added durability and a stitched-down suede New Balance logo. The artwork, which was the inspiration for the entire collection, is featured inside the footbeds, so when you put them together, you get the complete picture along with the words explore in one shoe and connect in the other.

"We are thrilled to work with New Balance to celebrate parks, specifically, in this case, the value of parks in cities. Outdoor recreation can be about the epic backcountry trip or simply enjoying nature around you in an urban green space down the street from your home or work.  There doesn't need to be a barrier to entry to get out and feel that connection to nature around you, and we know that relationship can bring immense healing and value to our lives,” says Keith Eshelman, Co-Founder and CEO of Parks Project.

The New Balance x Parks Project Fresh Foam X Hierro v7 will be available globally on and starting March 30, 2023. Suggested retail pricing of $155 USD.
