Sadio Mané and New Balance Reveal Tournament Boots
Special Edition Furon for Mané
7th JANUARY 2022 – Liverpool FC and Senegal international Sadio Mané has collaborated with New Balance on special-edition boots ahead of Africa's major tournament.
Introduced in vivid Impulse Orange and Blue tones, the boots named 'THE LION ROARS' have been crafted as a symbol of the Senegalese inspiring the next generation of young lions.
Featuring an illustrative soleplate graphic depicting the forward at the peak of his powers while representing his homeland, the FURON 6+ from New Balance is designed to be explosive.
Mané, who has worked closely with the brand to create the boots since joining New Balance in 2018, will debut the boots on-pitch when Senegal takes on Zimbabwe in Cameroon on 10th January.
