NEW BALANCE UPDATES THE GO-TO STABILITY 860 SERIES

Release Date: 29 Jun 2016
860v6

~~BOSTON, MA - April 2015 – Spring 2016, Boston-based New Balance will introduce the New Balance 860v6, an update to the 860v5. Version 6 brings with it a level of dedication to the ride and the design, delivering engineering breakthroughs and a gorgeous solution for the run. The 860v6 will launch in January 2016 with the suggested retail price of $119.95.

A proprietary combination of responsive, cushioned foams continues to interface with an obsession to their geometric design, including a redesign of the lateral heel for a smoother, softer landing. The 860v6 continues to feature TBeam, contributing to torsional stability in the shoe through midstance, and complimenting a trusted formula in the post applied dual density found on the medial side of the shoe. As the runner transitions into the forefoot, a carefully designed flex pattern engineered with blown rubber encourages a crisp, cushy toe off.

Engineered on a new last with a 10mm offset, the 860v6 offers a refined shape and increased toe spring that will enhance the underfoot ride yet keep the reliable stability this runner needs. The combination of lux synthetics and a supportive midfoot wrap constructed with soft, pliable overlays and a breathable air mesh showcase a sleek, yet non-negotiable level of support.

With a progressive combination of technologies that never ignores fashion; the 860v6 aims to elevate this runners experience even further than its predecessors, allowing focus to remain on their run.
